Stump Grinding

Stump removal is another service we offer, we have two types of grinder which will access very differcult sites, our tracked Predator will access sites with an entrance of 26" and we have a wheeled grinder also a Predator which will access just about anywhere, both machines run on the multi-tip system which reduces the cost of stump grinding, having used various other types of cutting systems the multi-tip is by far the most cost effect and easy system to work with.

When removing stumps it is always important to determine where all the services to the house are located, a stump grinder will cut though almost anything which can do damage to both the machine and the operator, we also use heavy duty protective screens to safe guard the site from flying debris.

The residue waste produced from stump grinding should be removed from site if any re-establishment of grass , trees or shrubs is going to take place, if left on site it will eventually break down but will draw any goodness from the soil,such as nitrogen a key component in soil.
